This program will train you to assist physicians while covering important topics such as phlebotomy, pharmacology, medication use and administration, administering vaccines, taking and documenting vital signs, EKG, and more.

Mission

To provide the healthcare community with educated staff and to provide individuals with a pathway into healthcare as certified medical assistants via structured, quality programs with experienced healthcare professionals as instructors.

We are taking applications for November start dates. The program length is 16 weeks.

How is our program different? We are intentionally small. We only take 8 students at a time so you can get the support you need. We are nurses and nursing instructors and are experienced in teaching adults. Subsequently, we know the importance of hands-on learning and incorporate hands-on from the 1st week. We have manikins and supplies for you to practice with and your instructors are also your preceptors in clinical.

Medical Assistant Program

The small structured program, supportive experienced instructors, and Hybrid learning with part in-person classroom and part online. Options to attend in person on Wednesdays or Saturdays.
